In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with your purchase, we have established the following Refund & Returns Policy to ensure your satisfaction and provide a smooth resolution process.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We may ask for photographic evidence to assess the issue. Once approved, we will gladly provide you with a full refund or a replacement product, including shipping costs.
1.2. Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product that differs from your original order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
1.3. Allergic Reactions: We understand that some individuals may experience allergic reactions to certain cosmetic products. If you have used a product purchased from Bold Beauty Center and experienced an adverse allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if necessary. In such cases, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days of the product’s purchase date to discuss the issue and possible solutions.
2. Returns & Exchange Procedure
2.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer Support Team: Reach out to our dedicated Customer Support Team by emailing [email protected]. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photographs to expedite the process.
b. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning the product.
c. Return the Product: Carefully pack the item, including all original packaging and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
d. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition. If it meets our refund or exchange criteria, we will process the refund or send out the replacement product within 7 business days.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
Please note that certain scenarios are not covered under our Refund & Returns Policy:
Products returned without contacting our Customer Support Team or without an approved RMA number will not be accepted.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer, resulting from misuse or mishandling, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns requested beyond the specified timeframes for damaged/defective products (7 days) or allergic reactions (14 days) will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1. Refunds: In cases of eligible refunds due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Bold Beauty Center will bear the return shipping costs.
4.2. Exchanges: For exchanges due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Bold Beauty Center will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer.
